
A toasty, earthy aroma begins to describe this tea. Our Imperial Leaf is a "cooked" or ripe Pu-erh tea made with fermented leaves. Once fully steeped, Imperial Leaf offers a nuanced taste and a pleasing, lingering finish. Grown in the mountains, its taste is full-bodied and rich. We selected this leaf style and did not mill it to better preserve its natural flavors. These high-grade leaves will cup to earthy aromas and a smooth naturally sweet notes, and a toasty finish. The sachet will provide multiple steeps. Pu-erh is excellent with breakfast and as a refresher throughout the day. Our sachets are made from biodegradable non-GMO corn silk.
