These seeds are warm, mild and sweet-ish. There is a citrus undertone similar to orange peel. Coriander is used in Indian curries, meats and game, English and Italian dishes, Spanish, Middle Eastern, Oriental and South American cooking. They are seen in Garam Masala, pickling spices, and Harissa.
