The Chili de Arbol is one of our favorite dried chilies, its flavor is deep and earthy. We toast these dried chilies with garlic in peanut oil and its flavor and heat blossom and become nutty and delicious. It is the best thing that you could put on a slice of pizza. It's also great on grilled meats, roasted vegetables, tossed into noodles, soups, and stews. Traditionally in Mexico you can find this condiment served with Pozole.
