Isabel was inspired to create this flavor as an ode to one of her favorite Mexican drinks, café de olla! She shares: "It’s a popular sweetened coffee drink that’s traditionally prepared in a clay pot and is brewed with spices like cinnamon, cloves, and star anise. This vegan nut butter is made from an almond and cashew base, blended with espresso, spiced with cinnamon, clove and star anise, sweetened with coconut sugar and finished with a sprinkling of flaky sea salt!
