Fresh Black Mission Figs are slightly roasted with honey, then slowly cooked with sliced Meyer Lemons. We add a touch of balsamic vinegar and sea salt to give it a full bodied flavor. Serve with goat cheese or sharp cheddar. Great in a panini or on flatbread. Baked Brie Recipe Ingredients: - 1 wheel of Brie cheese - 1/4 cup Eat This Yum Fig Meyer Lemon and Honey Preserve - 1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as walnuts, pecans, or almonds) - 1 tablespoon honey - Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. Unwrap the wheel of Brie and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a baking dish. 3. Using a sharp knife, score the top rind of the Brie in a crisscross pattern, making shallow cuts about 1/4 inch apart. 4.
